Great headset for my son

Terrible microphone!

It is so stiff and goes straight into your mouth. After researching that this is a common issue on this headset, a lot of people online suggested to lay something heavy on the microphone piece and to bend it and work it around until it unstiffens, but after doing that multiple times, every time I use it, it still is so stiff and goes straight into your mouth. Also this model does not include software for PC which is an inconvenience. Only Pro's is that it is a nice looking headset, and the battery life is great. I wouldn't recommend.

They will match my setup PERFECTLY!" Hold off on that thought. While these are cute and they sound fine, these are by far one of the worst pair of headphones I've owned. Now, I'm not an I.T. tech wiz; however, I've had the same issue as NUMEROUS people online with this headset. They will NOT connect to the PS5 wirelessly. I tried everythin. Reviews, Reddit, YouTube tutorials. I went down the list and right back up just trying to get these to work. I spent 3 days doing everything and anything to make it work and by that point I was honestly fed up. Best Buy asked why I returned them and I'll be honest, I said I absolutely hated them and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE.
