    The quality of the headphones is amazing. The lower rating come from not being able to update the amp because Astro doesn’t fix their platform.

    This is one of the best "Wired" headset you can buy. Once you activate the Dolby Atmos 2 year actuation that comes in the box. The demos are mind blowing. However, this line of products still suffers from an issue on Xbox where you have to use the switch on the back of the Mixamp to switch it "in and out" of Xbox and PC mode so that your Xbox can recognize it after a power off.

    Don't get me wrong, this is a great headset, but for the price tag it should be noise isolating, with better earcups. Astro wants $60 for the noise isolating mic and leather earcups, making the price tag $320 when you can get all those features with similar sound for < $199.

    Love these headphones! They’re loud, clear and the mixamp abilities are awesome. Being able to adjust both game volume and voice volume to those in the party is awesome. No issues at all with this headset. Using currently for PC gaming.
