Not as good as my prior headset...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For me, it took extra effort downloading and updating software just to begin. I prefer TurtleBeach's audio.

Ok but not worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The set is nice but we had a lot of squealing coming through and couldn’t figure out how to resolve it even with searching the support sections. Ended up taking it back to get the A50s which I’m much happier with

Good clarity but completely lacks Bass
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great if you don’t care about the low end frequencies. There’s almost no base whatsoever. But the mids and highs are pretty define

Gamer headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headset the instructions are not clear and you need to download the Astro system on your pc and plug the unit into that to update it and save changes before using it. Other than that great headset. Use YouTube for help

Great Headset 10/10
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just what I imagined with this headset. 10/10 I do recommend it for other gamers. The price is up there but it’s forsure worth the price. I do not regret dropping $250 on these at all!

Astro A40's
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had numerous headsets and these aren't that bad. My only gripe with it is I'm used to lifting up the receiver to mute and this one has the slide up. It can get difficult to slide it, but once you use it a bunch it gets easier. Still not as easy as pushing up though.

Changed my streaming system for the better!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A40s are exactly what I needed. I needed a headset that would allow me to hear my pc AND my gaming system at the same time while streaming. Not only that, the mixamp, if connected correctly, gives you all the control over how loud you need the volumes to be without going into the settings on your pc/gaming system. This is almost invaluable. If you have the chance to go wireless with a mixamp, I would!

Loudest
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried all the top brands and the Astro a40s with the mix-up pro was the loudest, the a50s are almost just as loud especially on warzone if you go in and change your settings your audio settings you can make it louder ....so it just comes down to the matter if you like the wires or if you want to just go with the loudest and stick with wires. I brought these back for the A50's. By I vouch for the a40s

Great headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good headset! Only thing I hated was it was very hard to connect to my Xbox. I would look at videos from YouTube and the new updates on Xbox didn’t line up with what they were showing so I had to call support to help. But the headset in general I love, I can hear every little thing in my games that I couldn’t hear before.

Super Solid, Great if you have a big head
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Going on a couple of years with this thing, I've changed my gaming set up more and this thing always goes along for the ride. Super solid, big enough for my alien head, the metal height adjusters are super necessary and why I switched from Turtle Beach which use plastic and consistently broke on me.

Amazing quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best quality headphones I've purchased yet. My HyperX Cloud headset finally bit the dust and I was in the market for a good quality set to use for PC gaming. This hit the mark!!

Kind of a big let down
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though they are comfortable, and put out decent quality, it doesn’t even compare to headphones half the price by Hyperx. For the price, I expected much better sound quality. The mixamp was also a pain to set up, as well as the app you have to install to do anything equalizer-wised. Returned without a problem. Best Buy customer service is the best
