Amazing headset with only one issue.

I mean the default is pretty nice too but you can turn them into studio quality audio. Only issue is that it hurts my head on the center pad.

Decent headset, not as good as I hoped

But the sound quality and fitment is not as good as I hoped especially for $250. My precious turtle beach MLG edition blow these away. As I have 3 Xbox ones I’m keeping the Astro for my game room and I’m hoping to fix my turtle beaches.

I bought this because it was compatible and was in the midrange of what I wanted to spend on a headset. Easy to install but I have to speak really loud for my fireteam to hear me. I miss my old headset, super human sound was far better than the settings on this one.

It’s definitely had great sound to hear foot steps in video games and definitely talking to your friends is clear. It shows it’s name real Good if somebody asked me if they should get this I would say yeah get it it’s worth it

Astro A40 TR Headphones

My boyfriend loves to stream and it would always sound like his friends were in my living room across the house with his old headphones. 10/10 can no longer hear them and he really likes them.

Does not work oht of the box for Xbox Series S/X

Instructions online state you need to update through PC. Unable to complete update due to multiple errors. Biggest waste of time ive ever dealt with from an off the shelf brand new product, espically through a brand that is supposed to be credible like Astro. Never buy.

Not worth the money

Cumbersome in line mute and no mic swivel to mute. Ear pads are extremely cheap quality. Adjustability is stiff and is made for someone with a very small head. Sound quality was just ok. Better than earbuds but on par with a thirty or fifty dollar headset and those are usually about the same build quality. Mixamp I didn't try. I am sure it would have worked fine but it was a nice to have for me not needed. The box itself is where you get the feeling they put most of their money into. As a footnote, I think we received a used set as well. Wires seem poorly wrapped and the plastic case that holds the equipment was deformed.
