    Need to update firmware 1st also you need to get command center app from Microsoft app downloads my old one wouldn’t do the update but after uninstalling then getting tha app from Microsoft store it worked

    This really has taken my gaming to another level. It is not a noise cancelling headset but gets the job done. A bit heavy but very comfortable. If you purchase this make sure to download the Astro app first and update on a computer before using!

    Firmware on mixamp is out of date and will not work out of the box. Instructions online state you need to update through PC. Unable to complete update due to multiple errors. Biggest waste of time ive ever dealt with from an off the shelf brand new product, espically through a brand that is supposed to be credible like Astro. Never buy.

    Excellent quality overall especially if you get the mod kit. However, sometimes you'll hear a little buzz on the series x. It'll go away after a bit of time but while it's there it's incredibly annoying.

    They’re pretty good quality BUT you have to get a firmware update through your computer through the Astro sight so they aren’t exactly plug and play but once you’ve jumped though the right hopes they’re great

    So far they are excellent! A huge improvement of my previous wireless headset that constantly disconnected. Had to switch the noise gate to a less aggressive setting so that my voice didn’t cut out for my friends. Aside from that. Love them

    But it didn't work out. Sent back. Dont like how I cant turn this one off vs the old mixamp I can. Sound should have been the same but seemed different cant explain it. If you have an older a40 and mixamp not worth the upgrade
