    So I bought this headset because I needed something for both my Xbox X and PC. I did not want to have to keep switching headsets back and forth. The reviews said that it was easy to use and had great sound quality. That is the farthest thing from the truth. First off setting this thing up is a headache. You have to use the command app and Dolby Access to get the sound setting close to what you want. After plugging and unplugging every cord until it is correctly seated just so the headset will register on your device. If you play single player games. This will work great for you. The surround sound is amazing. If you play pvp….it’s a nightmare. Even with the surround turned off you can’t hear sounds properly. Everything is distorted and it sounds like foot steps are miles away. I play war zone and siege and literally get walked up on and never hear them coming. The build quality is nice but after bourse of searching the internet for answers I just don’t think this headset is worth the money and I will be returning it.

    One of the best on the market. You get what you pay for. The mix anp is brilliant and the cord is plenty long and doesn't get in the way very often. Have constant deals on this headset so try and buy it during a sale

    HEADSET IS GREAT, SOUND IS GREAT. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP ON YOUR PC TO DOWNLOAD A FIRMAWARE UPDATE IN ORDER TO USE THE MIC ON XBOX

    Great headset, amazing sound. Only downfall is that I thought it was a plug and play headset for the price but I had to buy an aux bc the mic would not register.
