    Sound is pretty good. 8.5/10. However if you have a bigger head this thing presses into your skull and will make you cry out in pain. 2/10 for comfort.

    Excellent audio quality. You can use a separate channel for party chat as well so super helpful for streaming content and controlling party audio too

    Software has been broken for 3 years and is required to update the mix amp. Works fine as a PC headset. A50's also have this problem, but possible work arounds. Would not recommend unless have optical port.

    When plugging into xbox it states the user must plug it in to install firmware update. But the firmeare update fails. Astro (logitech) support is non existent. Went with turtle beach headset.

    Don't' bother ordering this for Xbox. The firmware update will not work in the Astro Command Center. It's been broken for months and Logitech refuses to address the issue. Without the update, the headset/mix amp is useless without the firmware update.

    Not an easy product to setup and use the first time. Requires software downloads from a computer and had to search the internet for suggestions from others to finally get it to work after 45 mins of trial and error (audio was fine out of the box but the mic wouldn't work). Is NOT a plug and play product. Once searching the internet it seems everyone has the same mic problems. Very frustrating for a $200 product.
