Sound is pretty good. 8.5/10. However if you have a bigger head this thing presses into your skull and will make you cry out in pain. 2/10 for comfort.

Great product, love the ability to use the mix amp to deaden communication to my team when I’m in a tight situation and need to listen to the game more than them bickering.

The head is very comfortable and for the price it was just what I expected and more. I have bought another one as a gift.

I would reccomend these to my gamers out there!!!!

Not an easy product to setup and use the first time. Requires software downloads from a computer and had to search the internet for suggestions from others to finally get it to work after 45 mins of trial and error (audio was fine out of the box but the mic wouldn't work). Is NOT a plug and play product. Once searching the internet it seems everyone has the same mic problems. Very frustrating for a $200 product.

By far the best gaming headphones on the market however, their customer service could use some work so make sure you get the protection plan.

Don't' bother ordering this for Xbox. The firmware update will not work in the Astro Command Center. It's been broken for months and Logitech refuses to address the issue. Without the update, the headset/mix amp is useless without the firmware update.

Great headset overall! I think this is the best headset in the market right now! I hear the A50s has a lot of wireless flaws.

The headset itself has no sound improvement compared to the Astro A10’s. I originally only purchased a pair of A40’s without a amp and the A10’s actually had more bass to them needless to say I was super disappointed so I returned the A40’s went to my local Best Buy to get the pair that included the amp and was branded for Xbox series x it came with Dolby atmos license I updated them to be able to be used on Xbox. Now the amp is literally just a volume control and voice chat control you can adjust on the fly as opposed to using your quick menu you don’t have to stop your gameplay to adjust it is the only pro do I think that was worth $250 to do? Absolutely not I did keep them though however my advise to anyone who wants to see the difference I’ll just tell you now there isn’t any a good idea would be to just buy some A10’s 50-60 and then buy the mix pro amp as a separate piece $130-140 you can save yourself 70-60 bucks and get the same sound experience. The only difference between the 10’s to the 40’s is the material used to build them the 10’s are mostly plastic very durable and the 40’s are a bit heavier cause they have metal and if you really care you can get “mod kits” to customize the appearance if you really care about that then the 40’s are perfect for you
