WARNING NOT AN XBOX HEADSET

Works fine as a PC headset. A50's also have this problem, but possible work arounds. Would not recommend unless have optical port.

Most of these dont work out of the box

But the firmeare update fails. Astro (logitech) support is non existent. Went with turtle beach headset.

Can’t update the amp

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The headset itself is amazing but the amp that comes with it is impossible to update I’ve tried everything to update it so I could use it on Xbox and it keeps giving me errors I’ve contacted Astro support and they just tell you to reset the device your trying to update it on
