Does not work on Xbox

Wouldn't even give me an option to update. Look up solutions and they say to download from microsoft store instead. I do that and the update buttom pops up. Awesome. Proceed to hit update and it stays at 0%. Alright maybe I'm doing something wrong so I go to customer support(Logitech). Their system proceeds to tell me that it cannot help. For the cost of these headphones it's not worth the stress. Works fine on PC though but doesn't work for what I needed it to.

Buyer Beware, Shop Elseware......

When I got home I realized that the sticker seals on them were busted, and upon opening it further, I found that my headset was used. The warranty papers are bent, the wires are just thrown in the box, & the mixamp unit is scuffed.... This is someone else's return that was sold as Brand New instead of Open Box or PRC'd. The Best Buy stores in the Northeast have been going downhill fast. I'm sure these headphones are great. But it'll be best to shop elsewhere.

Great, but not for the Series X

I’m currently using the A40 TR Pro gen4 and the A50 gen 3’s. I’ve been happy with the headsets in the past, but now I am sad to say that I am very disappointed with them. I am now using them with the Series X and have properly updated the firmware. The speakers now sound as if I’m in a tunnel or have tin cans over my ears. They are now useless other than they are still pretty to look at. I think I could have found something prettier to look at for $600. If you plan on using these for the Series X console, don’t, unless they address their issue. This issue is not a one off and is rampant throughout the gaming community. I’m not sure if the same thing is happening with the PS5. If you aren’t looking to use them on next gen console, then they are a must buy (if wait for a sale - they are going on sale Black Friday weekend.

I was terrible

My squad hears buzzing and crackling from my mic. So little disappointed to say least. Going around with customer service Communication is slow in response a day. At most.
