    Went home tried to plug it in. Very complicated to use and wasn’t compatible with Xbox when the person said it was. Very disappointed

    I purchased the a40s with the mix amp with high hopes. Unfortunately, their control center will not download the firmware and it’s a KNOWN issue. Read the reviews on the control center, no one can get the download. They slap an xbox compatible sticker on the box but it doesn’t come with the proper downloads installed. We called customer service over two days and spent hours on the phone with them. They could only open a ticket and tell us we’d hear from them in 48 hours. A week later we got an email that just said they closed our ticket. Literally nothing changed or resolved. Avoid this headset and get something that won’t waste your time. Zero stars.

    Xbox doesn’t have an update to get the box to control the volume. Headphones are fine just to plug up to the controller and are comfortable. But for $200 you can get a good wireless pair for half the price.

    Got these for Christmas for the new Xbox Series X. Right away in order to use them for the Xbox a firmware is required so I downloaded the Astro Command Center to get the firmware. After 6-8 hrs of trying to get the firmware to download and trying to manually download the firmware I've been unsuccessful. I've done several troubleshoots with different usb cables and different usb ports but nothing. Reading up different websites I'm not the only one having this issue as many people is having this issue. The company is ignoring complaints. With this type of attitude from the company it will not last long.

    Horrible customer support. Check out their sub on Reddit. You will get a response maybe in 1-2 months if your lucky then not hear from them again. The product quality is abysmal. As a company they just don’t care. Absolute rip off. Sound quality is terrible. Build quality is awful. Everything about them is trash. Don’t waste your money.

    My Astro app wouldn’t update didn’t work at all wouldn’t recommend anybody. I usually love Astro, but these didn’t work at all with my Xbox series X.
