There is an inline mic mute switch which my kid accidentally turned off and thought they’d quit working. After attempting to diagnose the issue, I looked at the switch which looks like the brand logo and noticed a red line and that it was a switch. I muted them and he was back in business. Awesome product though! These have all kinds of adjustment/customization.

Nothing beats Astro
