Kinda dissapointed

I was used to their high quality build and high performance. When unboxing this I was pleased, as the unboxing experience has always felt premium as it should. But the actual headset disappointed me when it came to the build. The plastic is shiny, which looks cheap, almost like a toy. The plastic also felt cheap. I’m use to Astro’s high quality mat textured plastic. This did disappoint. However when using it the audio quality was fantastic, however I wish they could add the “flip up mute” feature included on the A50s; as it seems like a cheap and easy feature to add that would be very useful for the user. Possibly I just don’t like the design and I know I’m picky. If you don’t care for looks or ease of use, buy these! They are a great sounding headset for 149$. But if you are looking for higher quality build and ease of use, throw the extra 150$ for the a50’s. Although disappointed, still a fan of the Astro lineup.

Top of the line

I have the controller and I’ve had different headsets over the years, but I really enjoy these. The only complain that I may have is that after a while my ear starts to hurt, but I don’t know if that’s the headset or my own sensitivity.
