Defective Within The First 2 Hours

I hook it up, it sounds fantastic, and even the microphone is crystal clear. 2 hours later, the microphone becomes defective. Whenever I spoke, it sounded like I was completely underwater, or I had a piece of duck tape over my mouth. On top of that, I took it back to get a replacement, and I brought it back home, fresh out of the box, I hook it up to my computer, and it still gives me the exact same issue, but NOW it's fresh out of the box. This is unacceptable. To charge $149.99 for a cheap piece of hardware that breaks within the same day of being unboxed, TWICE, is absolutely disgusting. Also—and get this—the store associate at my local BestBuy told me that the A50s (the new wireless equivalent to this headset) also had this problem, and had people returning THOSE as well. Stay away from this product. Stay away from Astro headsets. Go buy something else.
