Terrible headset

I’ve had so many issues with the mic not working and having to constantly plug the wire in and out to try and get it to work. DO NOT BUY.

The catch is to adjust audio you have to buy the additional mixer box ,which is just a money grab . With the same amount of money you would get yourself a better deal with other brands

Empty Box!!! Ruined Christmas!

My son opened the box and the gaming headset was missing!! The box is deceivingly heavy so I did not think to open it ahead of time, just wrapped and put it under the tree. I plan on going to Best Buy tomorrow to see what can be done. Unfortunately since it is all curbside I expect it was stolen by one of your employees. This will be the last time I go to Best Buy. I tried finding corporate contact info online, but was unable to find anything.

Unfortunate

Cheaply made and not worth the price.

Audio quality is alright for games but terrible for movies and/or music. This product made me realize something too late, that most products that are mainly marketed as "gaming" are overpriced and cheap. It's an ok headset but it is absolutely not worth the price. I would recommend looking at alternatives like Bose, Sony, or Technica headphones that are non-gaming.

Product failed within 5 weeks of use, disappointin

Very disappointing These are high-end expensive headsets. The microphone stopped working water replacement that didn't work either which tells me that it's the headset unit itself that is failing to make a proper connection to the microphone. When is somebody going to stand behind their product on beyond tired of buying crap.

Microphone was broken
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for a great deal on Black Friday. plugged it in and started gaming with friends. after about 2 hours everyone was asking who’s mic was making this god awful sound and he figured out it was mine. after I took it back to Best Buy, I asked the lady if I can exchange it for a new one. she told me I would have to pay some more money of the actual headset since it’s no longer on sale. I ended up just returning it and getting my money back

After a month of use it's performance went downhill fast. Stops working with xbox elite and regular xbox one controller in some games. Multiplayer audio capability cuts out in most games. I constantly have to restart my system and reconnect the controller. I've tried all the trouble shooting and nothing works. A huge waste of money.

Prior to this pair of headphones, I was using a pair of turtle beaches from 2010 and they lasted me forever. Not 2 weeks in and the mic on these was already not working. Occasionally the right speaker will cut out for 30 seconds to a minute. Do not buy.
