Way too much money for cheap plastic. Not abused just plastic is cheap and when it broke it also broke the wire in the plastic rendering it useless.

Very uncomfortable

I’m a lady gamer with a smaller head, and these felt clamped down on me. The padding is horrendous. It pressed hard into my head no matter how much I adjusted them. I returned them immediately.

Poor headset

I feel its a big waste of money if i’m being honest

Terrible headset

It crackles really bad and is terribly shaped for anyone’s head, falls off easily. Upset that I can’t return it because it’s probably worse than an old school turtle beach.

Then one day it was nonstop static for me and everyone in my party. It is so much cheaper quality then turtle beaches went back to turtle beaches and they are built to last.

Posted .Hello Lmom1! We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your A40 TR X-Edition Wired Stereo Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset. One thing to double check usually if the sound becomes intermittent is the connections, both to the the headset, and to the controller. Make sure the cable is firmly pushed in on both ends, as although they might look correctly connected, you do have to apply a bit of pressure to get them pushed in all the way to the connector. not worth the money
