Seriously these are the best overall quality headsets you can buy before you step up to the pro gaming level and even then you'd have to be getting paid to make those worth the extra $.

Bought for my son. He loves the available controls and says the game experience is much better now that he can clearly hear everything going on around him.

This is the best headset so far. I can hear everything! My friends can hear me so much better than my Polks. This is the first time buying Astro A40 and it is just what I needed.

I already have a pair of Astro A50 which are a step up from this model, but I wanted a pair that I did not have to charge and had the controls at my fingertips instead of on the headset itself. The overwhelming majority of reviews here are positive, but when you enable the Dolby Surround the sound is incredibly poor and tinny. It does not matter which EQ preset you use. There are 11 pages of complaints on Astro's forums and their response is that is how it's supposed to sound. That is outrageous and insulting to the consumer. I will be returning this set and sticking with my A50's.

The only headset that has lasted the longest. The sound is great. Not a fan of the white as they get dirty pretty quick.

My son had used several different headsets. Anywhere from$59-$199 ones. Yes these are in the upper end of the spectrum, but work great. I'd buy them again

The best gamimg headset on the market. The innovation of the new mix amp allows for a higher quailty experience. You can really take control of what you want you want to hear.

This headset was worth upgrading too. The sound quality is amazing, and the mixamp makes things so much easier. This headset also looks super classy, so that's a plus.

Despite the need for wires, the mixer and sound output for this headset is truly sublime. I've had it for about 6 months now, and am very pleased with it.

Works and sounds great, you don't need to plug anything into an Xbox one controller for chat, it works via USB, which also provides power to the mix amp and headphones.

This headset is thee greatest!! Can hear everything in games. Great for Fps shooters like Call of Duty. Can own people very easily. Worth the $$ if you can afford!!!!

great sound one of the most important aspects of gaming. better than wireless because with the mix amp the cam be turned up louder than the wireless.

Bought for my son, games hard and these headphones are a very decent comfortable accessory. So far so good. Can't really 5 star it yet, still fairly new but as time goes on will be able to know for sure. Very comfortable earpads

This is the best headset that I had used I can hear everything from soft sounds to lowed sound that are crucial so I can win my games
