Not the best gaming headset

I play rainbow six siege a lot and hearing the footsteps helps me and gives me advantage and these headset do not help at all, you can hear the footsteps but you can't tell where they're coming from which I hate.

Astro A40 could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Anybody that has owned a pair of Turtle Beaches knows my struggle. No mic monitoring on these. You know why deaf people talk the way they do don't ya? Don't tell me that it's not imperittive to hear your own voice while speaking through gunfire and explosions. So while they sound fantastic and those explosions are really loud, they're still not as good as my REAL wireless Turtle Beach Stealth 500x headset. All it's going to take is either Turtle Beach to release a mixamp and a metal framed headset or Astro to release one with Mic monitoring and whoever does will have finally raised the bar and we can get what we pay for.

I was a little skeptical of the price since I’ve always been cheap , but coming from a penny pincher it was well worth it .

Awesome headset for a gamer looking to get an edge
