Best headset I have ever owned. Better than Turtle Beaches and Trittons

The headset sounds great and is super comfortable, I can wear it during long gaming sessions without any discomfort. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the instructions for set up aren’t very clear, I had to watch some videos and do some troubleshooting to get it set up. I also have to switch in and out of PC mode for the Xbox to pick it up every time I turn the Xbox on.

If you think gaming is great with "Tortise Sands". Be prepared to have your Ears be Wowed wearing Astro's. I loved my Friends Astro's that have the Mix Amp that connects to XBox Controller ( A- or 4.5*'s) But spend the extra $50 for These Astros with separate MixAmp (A+ or 5*'s). Blows away the sound of any "Tortise Beach" I've spent money on. Not to mention the Quality / Durability is 5x better than all the "Beaches" that sit broken in my desk drawer.

I play primarily fps games and this headset works great for all my needs. The updated mic sounds crisp too.

This a good headset with great audio quality. The surround sound is amazing. I'm giving it 4 stars because chatting sucks with not being able to hear yourself enough, so I'm constantly shouting into the mic. There is the software side to increase the "sidetone" to hear yourself better but it didn't help much. Other then that it's great quality headset just a tad pricey in my opinion.

Had the original a40s. Bought A50s after 4-5 reliable years, they were awful, can't believe they're made by the same company. A40s are the way to go for any regular gamer. Great sound quality for me and anyone talking to me. Very comfortable, wear for hours without sore ears or headaches.

The only thing that could have made it perfect is the length of the cable. Aside from rhat, there great!

I have been using 4 year old "other brand" wireless headsets. These wired Astro headsets with a mix amp not only sound great, but the mix amp makes it easy to change volume, blend chat into the sound so you don't over power either of them. They are definitely worth the money and wait!

As advertised, great sound quality! Perfect for gaming, movies, and decent for music.

The sound quality is superb. The comfortability is off the charts. The wires are not too much. The mix amp is very easy to understand and very simple to use. The mic is also another great aspect of this headset. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and love his headset.

I have never treated myself when it comes to my gaming headphones. I finally bit the bullet and bought these! I have never been more excited to put on headphones and game away. The sound is spectacular and they are extremely comfortable. Will definitely recommend!

I have no complaints about this head set. Easily one of the best headsets I have ever owned. I have quite a few nothing compares to how comfortable they are and how amazing and crisp the sound quality is. A lot of custome features if you hook it up to your computer.

Awesome headset. Great sound, very vivid. Although mic had some issues with being a bit quiet.
