But I cannot give it five stars. For $300 they should of made the docking station better. If you do not have them in just the right position they do not charge. Plus the to head custom just constantly falls out due to poor engineering

It's worth the money. The only issue I've come across is that my wifi router interferes with the signal, but after moving the base station, the problem was alleviated.

Yes they are loud but after having them for a few months there are way better headsets on the market for a better price tag. I only bought these cause they were on sale. I moved recently and I went to set up my headset and now the game base won’t turn on nor can I connect the input on my pc or ps5. All I know is there is not a solution to my problem yet.

Noticed the quality greatly deteriorate since Logitech took over. I recently returned a headset after the mic went out but the replacement had the very common headband popping out issue. Returned them the next day for another pair and those had the same issue!! Best Buy didn’t have anymore on hand and I was referred to Logitech for replacement. Contacted support and the rep didn’t even question the defect and informed me to SUPER GLUE IT in place until I get my new product. After not getting any shipping updates I called back and was told I needed to ship the product back including the base station and wires to get my replacement. That wasn’t what the initial rep had told me to do, he said to hold onto them until I get the replacement. After shipping and waiting for the return process, I spoke with another rep in which she told me to hold onto the headset until I get the replacement. Informed her about the other rep saying to return it first, and then she back tracked and said never mind and that I needed to return first. It took 2 weeks for the replacement to get back to me and when it did, they only shipped the headset.. They apologized and expedited the request for the missing equipment which would take 5 DAYS to get to me. All shipping providers offer overnight shipping but apparently to Logitech “Expedited” means a standard shipping. So much miscommunication on their end and now I have to wait another week for the base station and wires to be shipped to me. Logitech destroyed the quality of these and charge even more for them than they used to. They’re using the reputation Astros have built for pure greed, DO NOT GET THESE. You can get far superior for half the price and it’ll save you having to deal with Logitech’s sub-par support. Very disappointed after only using this headset for 7 years now.
