Twitch Scarsinema if you have windows 10 and need the app for astro app, this is how you get it So for anyone here, I found the answer. Astro is not great at designing their website or training tech support. There is another version of the Astro Command Center that is not downloaded from the windows store. The way you get to it is by going to the Astro website, and instead of hovering over support and clicking software, just click the header "support." This will bring you directly to the windows download version that comes directly from the Astro site. This version worked perfectly and I am no longer having any issues. Unfortunately, this was not something that tech support was aware of.

Very comfortable great base but does not work well with ps5 always litle technical issues bought the hdmi adapter as well caused issues with hdr on the tv and the hdmi block got really hot all the time base station stopped working so i now have steelseries instead so far like them better

For the price i think they should have less issues. Battery drained out of no where. At some point they were turning on and off by themsevles. About to go pick up my second pair because the first pair have officialy given out. Had them for almost a year. Sound quality is amazing ill give them that. I dont know if there is a life expentacy on the headset or not.

i think there should be a little more discount on this item. Performance was good but the price is a little more

I`ve had this headset for over a year now and it is very easy to use. Dolby Atmos setting really amplifies the sound quality as well. Microphone also reads my voice well and never had an issue with communicating with friends.

It's not really amazing but it's really nice. The price is certainly too high for what it is and does.

It's an amazing headset. I have a huge head and I've broken other brands/models. The tubular aluminum on these won't break. Audio is amazing. Build is the best.

Great Dolby Atmos quality. Excellent gaming speakers. Easy to setup and use. All you mainly have to worry about is updating them on your PC. I use these every day.

I switched from the turtle 700s to the a50 astros and I wish I made this choice sooner, battery can last you a while for big gamers and streamers, charges fast, gives you the crispy sound you’re looking for and it’s editable on pc. You won’t go wrong with these.

One of the best headset in the world period and contable

Just a disclaimer, best buy’s customer service was perfect with helping me with my situation. I ended up returning this head set because it had caused me so many problems. The headset needs and app to update and access all of its special add ons. The headset couldn’t be detected on the app, it caused me to download some sort of hardware in order to update it. I updated it and it still wouldn’t detect it. I tried another solution and it ended up crashing my computer. I had to get that repaired, Overall this headset comes with a lot of issues at the begging. It’s not poorly made it’s very good quality headset, it’s just annoying that atro’s has yet to come up with a better solution.

I love them using them for cod and streaming on my pc

Wow! Don’t look anywhere else for a headset. I understand that the price is very high but they’re worth every penny. I’ve tried turtle beaches, steelseries, and hyper x but they don’t compare to these Astros. Get them if you’re able to!

Great products. Works great. The products loud and lots of different ways to connect it to the PC, PS4/5 and Xbox.

Compared to the steelseries, logitech, turtle beach, and razed headsets I’ve had. The Astro only compare in comfort. The sound quality is not worth the price. The ease of use is not great. The battery life is average. Sound is always accurate.
