Wow! Don’t look anywhere else for a headset. I understand that the price is very high but they’re worth every penny. I’ve tried turtle beaches, steelseries, and hyper x but they don’t compare to these Astros. Get them if you’re able to!

I almost fell out when I saw how much these were! However he loves them and said they are awesome and they work great. Guess I'll take his word..I haven't seen them bring a check home yet! Ha! Just kidding! Great buy!!!

Just a disclaimer, best buy’s customer service was perfect with helping me with my situation. I ended up returning this head set because it had caused me so many problems. The headset needs and app to update and access all of its special add ons. The headset couldn’t be detected on the app, it caused me to download some sort of hardware in order to update it. I updated it and it still wouldn’t detect it. I tried another solution and it ended up crashing my computer. I had to get that repaired, Overall this headset comes with a lot of issues at the begging. It’s not poorly made it’s very good quality headset, it’s just annoying that atro’s has yet to come up with a better solution.

Compared to the steelseries, logitech, turtle beach, and razed headsets I’ve had. The Astro only compare in comfort. The sound quality is not worth the price. The ease of use is not great. The battery life is average. Sound is always accurate.

Great headset, has had only little disconnect problems but that's to be expected for an over a year old bluetooth headset!

Really good, sounds. Prefect for fast reactions on enemies. And although the its lacking in the top cushion. I still would buy it again.

These are the greatest gaming headsets. You cant get much better

The headset earcups are smaller than the last gen a50s and do sound like they aren’t as loud but the sound is clean the positional sound for gaming is phenomenal love the virtual surround engine, however when I place them on the base to charge they stay connected and I can continue to hear the tv or game even if headset is off, I found turning them off and on while charging can make then shut down so that they charge quietly, however they tend to not connect when powering on after charging and the base needs to be unplugged and replugged for them to reconnect, not to mention the led indicators on the base after being connected for a while tend to stop responding when switching modes and again need to be unplugged and replugged to reconnect and at time the base will not respond to the reset and require being unplugged and replugged multiple times before reconnecting, contacted Astro and received a vague response about a firmware update that was being worked on to fix the issues but have yet to receive it or any other information, my advise steer clear until the issues are resolved as they are very annoying and will work your nerves to the point that you might break them out of frustration especially since they cost 300 dollars these issues are unacceptable.

Everything about this mic is great especially the sound the only parts that could cause inconvenience are the mic doesnt pick up voices very well and isnt the highest quality and you have to replug the box everytime you power down the xbox one

Great Dolby Atmos quality. Excellent gaming speakers. Easy to setup and use. All you mainly have to worry about is updating them on your PC. I use these every day.

It's an amazing headset. I have a huge head and I've broken other brands/models. The tubular aluminum on these won't break. Audio is amazing. Build is the best.

Great sounding headphones.. definitely recommend adjusting EQ if playing on console. Too bassy in some games…

One of the best headset in the world period and contable

Great sound but the weight is a little much for me. After awhile my head and neck ache a little.

Astro headsets was worth the purchase but keep in mind you need a separate adapter to make them work for an additional cost. Read the product box carefully as it is not included with the headsets.

I love them using them for cod and streaming on my pc

So far so good battery dies really fast, they sound quality is quite good.

I would honestly give these headphones 4/5 stars for their awesome build and sound quality. They’re expensive but when I’ve been able to use them they’ve been one of the most comfortable headphones I’ve used with a great audio quality in the mic as well. Very solid construction and adjustability that can fit any head size However despite how great they were for the few months I used them, the reason I can only give them 1 star is because of how poorly these headphones are supported by the vendor. A REQUIRED firmware update had bricked my headphones and they no longer communicate with the base station making them unusable. I’ve reached out to the vendor numerous times and either don’t get a response for days or am given unhelpful advice.
