I would honestly give these headphones 4/5 stars for their awesome build and sound quality. They’re expensive but when I’ve been able to use them they’ve been one of the most comfortable headphones I’ve used with a great audio quality in the mic as well. Very solid construction and adjustability that can fit any head size However despite how great they were for the few months I used them, the reason I can only give them 1 star is because of how poorly these headphones are supported by the vendor. A REQUIRED firmware update had bricked my headphones and they no longer communicate with the base station making them unusable. I’ve reached out to the vendor numerous times and either don’t get a response for days or am given unhelpful advice.

Best headphones i have ever owned, most comfortable and just great headphones. Very expensive and dislike how you have to download an app to fix the echo.

Great headset would recommend, great sounds and easy to use

I use the headset for pc gameplay it has been fantastic so far with a few minor hicups these include being unable to charge the headset without the pc being on, however after a month it fixed itself and the charging station stays on after the pc turns off. Not to sure what causes this but it works now i guess. Next would have to be some issues with the headset just kind of freezing and only fixing itself when the charging station is disconnected from the pc

From issues with my Base Station updating the firmware, to my headset losing connectivity mid-game, the Astro A50s have been a complete and utter disappointment. I recently "upgraded" and purchased some A50s to replace my Turtle Beach Stealth 600s. The A50s are comfortable, but that is really the only positive thing I can say about them. Whenever I tried updating the firmware on my base station, the update would fail at 25%. Once I fixed that issue (by giving them to a friend to update on his base station), I noticed that when I would leave an Xbox Live Party and utilize game chat, I would be able to hear my teammates voice, but they would not be able to hear me. I would need to mess around with the cables and wires, unplugging one after the other, turning headset and base station on and off, to finally get them to work. Lastly, I had major issues changing the game vs chat volume on my headset mid game on Xbox, and would need to quickly connect to my PC to change the volume. TL;DR: Stray away from these overpriced headphones and buy something more cost friendly. These will be collecting dust in my closet while my old reliable Stealth 600s return to the playing field.

One of the best headsets I ever had. Works well easy to set up and wireless is the way to go.

Overall the headset is great. Audio quality is good, ease of use, easy to setup. But the replacable/detatchable cushion on the headband is trash. As soon as I put the headset on the cushion pops out of place. Its very frustrating to deal with so i had to return them. Very poor design decision.

good sound quality. not bad directional sound but could definitely be better. works a tad better when you find decent EQ settings

Sound quality is amazing, the only thing that sucks is when you put them on the top support slips out of its bracket, and the plastic band on top, digs into your skin, If I pay $250 for headphones I shouldn't have to use duct tape to hold things in place.....

Bought these as a replacement for a TB set for my son. He really enjoys them. They sound great, are light and the charging station is a nice touch.

the quality is great but you have to reset the thing so it works properly more than you should for a headset this expensive.

The headset is good but I expected it to be soo much better for the price.

Excellent sound while either listening to music or trying to concentrate on any game I play whether it’d be Rainbow or Call of Duty, the price might deter some people but when you pay money for this kind of product it’s so worth it.

Always a great buy. Insurance must have. They are the best headphones to get for gaming and pc.

The headset's audio and microphone are great, but the comfort is extremely lacking. The cushioning on the headband is tiny and gave me a headache within an hour. I don't know if it was my pair, but the headband was sort of warped out of the box so it wouldn't sit straight on your head unless you swiveled an earcup a certain way. Build quality doesn't feel too premium, except for the headband adjustment pillars.

Bought these for my son. Games with the new Xbox Series X. According to my son these are the best sounding headphones he's used up to this point. He seemed to have trouble with the headband....he fixed with some duct tape.
