Sound quality was good, voice sounded clear. Battery life was decent. Only had to charge it every couple days depending on playtime. I love having a wireless headset that sounds decent. No cords, I can chat on discord while getting a drink. The issues started when sometimes the orange charging light would not come on. It would not charge once in awhile. I’d readjust the headset then it would be fine. Two weeks ago i wasn’t able to charge it without spending 30 min doing hard resets and updating firmware. I haven’t been able to get it to charge at all for two days. And their tech supports only suggestion was update the firmware manually and they have not responded to my requests for a replacement headset. Disappointed their tech support and customer service is so unresponsive. Each replay took 3-4 business days.

Only thing I would say that is bad, is that you need a adapter for the PS5, but other than a $40 extra fee for the adapter.. it is amazing.!

Headset great, Docking station nightmare.

The issue is the charging station. There have been times I've gone to put that headset on the dock and it won't charge. It'll just blink and drain the battery. It's really frustrating when you're expecting things to work and they don't at 2am in the morning. There have been multiple nights of late night gaming followed by 15 minutes of trying to get it to charge. One night I was up for an hour trying to get it to charge. I cut my losses an hour in and went to bed. I wake up I place the headset on the charger, then bam no problem. Sometimes it work fine for a month and then it starts again. Sometimes it's everyday.
