Dont get me wrong, loved them for the first year. Then, headset and stand started disconnecting randomly, even though there is nothing in my household that has changed to block or interfere with connection. Everything is updated.In addition, since the day I bought this headset, the pad on top of the headset keeps popping out of the slots, and I've since bought a replacement, and the same issue keeps happening. These issues may only be my headset, but still. Loved them for over 2 years now and they've gotten weekly use and cleaning.

IOut the box sound quality is not so great must download presets from the internet. but in my opinion they still weren’t so great. Also you only can have three presets on the headsets. The mic is so sensitive can pick up any sound or movement.mic was picking up sound coming from the headset. I returned them after couple of days giving them a chance.
