This product is amazing. Highly recommended. Sound quality amazing. Little but hard to tune at first but easy to get used too.

Exceeds my expectations and I use headphones of various brands. Nice surround sound and great for gaming. Only downside is, they only connect to PC or gaming consoles. Not phones unfortunately. But overall I love them!

Omg A good headset but for the price that’s unfair, in this headset you can customize every port but is you wanna play on Ps5 or Ps4 pro/slim you need to buy a adapter or just plugging in on the tv

I like the fact that it has the option to connect an add on fiber optic input from another device.

Make sure you update before using. Have not experienced any of the connection or audio interruptions others have experienced. Based on my experience, these are a must have. Audio is superb.

Great sound and customization. Easy to set up. Been through many top competitor headsets all have been returned. Definitely suggest warranty option. So far no issues.

I bought these for my son for a Christmas gift. He LOVES them! He says they are completely noise canceling and he can focus on his game and not hear any background noise. He said the clarity is amazing! Worth the price!

If these were $50-$100 cheaper they would be worth it. I only got these because I needed to replace an old set of A50’s and got used to the UI. If you’re looking at these or the steel series I’d recommend the steel series wireless pro. It’s almost ridiculous that the A50’s don’t have Bluetooth. Also audio quality IS better on the steel series. 3 stars.

These might be the best headphones in the world, but the open box ones I bought were not even remotely close to "excellent" or "no damage" as you would think, especially for $240. The headset was covered in both long and short hairs (I shave my head), smelled like cologne (I want to say Lucky, but I haven't worn cologne in a while), and had a headband that looked like it had been taken on and off somewhere in the ballpark of a billion times. My best guess is that this was a try-on floor model, and it was used and abused being tried on, but never actually used because the cords looked untouched, as if it hadn't ever been plugged in. Either way, I gave two stars because at least BB lets you return them, but I can't say I'd be excited to buy anything open box again.

Has a weird noise that’s pinky audible when not playing sound otherwise amazing headsy

These are the best. If you’re considering the a40 or a50 think no more because I’ve had both gen4 headsets and these are far superior in connectivity. Seamless start up requires nothing but putting on your head
