This is my first wireless set and its been great so far! no issues, dolby is awesome and comfort is great! I would totally recommend these to anyone looking for a great headset.

Don't trust "Open Box - Excellent"

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These might be the best headphones in the world, but the open box ones I bought were not even remotely close to "excellent" or "no damage" as you would think, especially for $240. The headset was covered in both long and short hairs (I shave my head), smelled like cologne (I want to say Lucky, but I haven't worn cologne in a while), and had a headband that looked like it had been taken on and off somewhere in the ballpark of a billion times. My best guess is that this was a try-on floor model, and it was used and abused being tried on, but never actually used because the cords looked untouched, as if it hadn't ever been plugged in. Either way, I gave two stars because at least BB lets you return them, but I can't say I'd be excited to buy anything open box again.

Have not experienced any of the connection or audio interruptions others have experienced. Based on my experience, these are a must have. Audio is superb.

Nice surround sound and great for gaming. Only downside is, they only connect to PC or gaming consoles. Not phones unfortunately. But overall I love them!

Bad charging dock design

It takes a small miracle to get it to line up right with the pins in the dock and get it to charge. I usually have to use a usb cable to charge them.
