    This gen 4 is great when it’s working but the firmware right now is having a few issues where I have to reset the base station for Xbox one x pretty often. It does take a little time to get used to with the equalizer settings and the balance between voice Chat and game sound but once you get it dialed in it’s the best headset. For the price it should come with the leather ear cups.

    Very comfy, but I could not get the volume on Ps5 to be loud enough. I used the adapter that they force you to purchase separately, even though the box says it supports ps5. No luck. It worked great on PC, but I returned it because it failed to perform on PS5

    Love the style on these headphones & obviously how they sound buuuuut I’ve had to return these and get new ones due to them being defective... After a week of using them they lost connection, I tried updating them and nothing so hopefully the 2nd time around they actually last longer than a week.

    Great sound and all but build is not to par with the high price and the top of the head cushion falls off with the slightest adjustment.

    Comes with 2 year Dolby Atmos and the sound is the best I’ve ever heard in a headset. Recommend updating firmware and getting the configuration applications to fine tune your sound!
