Excellent product. The top sponge comes off if you have a big melon. Other than that A+ stuff

there great music and effects wise but the making of actual product itself was kinda cheap middle peice broke off putting it on for the first time

Very pricey and had a very annoying issue with the top headband cushion coming off during use. Competition beats it in most areas and I wasn’t a fan.

Best Headset I have ever owned! I went with the Corsair Virtuoso at first but they were nowhere near what i expected. I ended up returning them and got these Astros, you wont regret it!

This is a great headset but not worth paying the $300+. I have had better for half the price from other brands.

Buy them for my husband and he love them what he like the most is that they are wireless and that they are comfortable, we will back soon to buy another headset for my son ❤.

Best audio sound for gaming and 7.1 surround sound Dolby atmos etc the down side ive had over 6 pairs and they eventually break or have a problem id recommend getting a warranty

It’s ok the head piece falls off and needs to be tired up! If you don’t have a computer you can’t fix the settings of the headset!

Great headset. Love the ability to customize levels and make presets. Only downside is the headset rarely pairs with my Xbox on startup, which prevents the ability to chat. I need to flip the docking station from Xbox to pc and then back, and it’s pairs no problem. Seems more like a software issue between Astro and Microsoft.

love them, was a steelseries fanboy, now i think i am switchign to astro for good!

The headphones sounded great. Very loud, you can hear the music or whatever your listening to perfectly clear from the outside at full volume as if it was playing from a speaker. But (atleast for the one I got) the mic was broken. I tried everything to fix it and nothing. Ultimately had to return it. I give it 2 stars because of the speakers. But the main reason for this item is for communication. So loses the rest of the stars because of this reason

The sound is great!!! I push the head set almost to the max on size because I have a big head. I had a total of two issues with the headset one was that the padding on the top of the head set that would pop off whitch I would consider my problem not there's, that's because of my big head. My second issue was some times the mic would not work. You could hear everything, the head set would not transmit my voice, after fidgeting with it for a couple of minutes it would come back on. Astro honored there warranty and is currently sending me a new one. Idk if I would be able to edit this later but for the price I paid I dont think I should have to fidgeting with it to get it to work.
