    Fantastic Customer service and despite having to return it, the associates were very very nice about it. There’s been instances at other companies where they get mad at returns but every associate I’ve ever gotten in contact with at the Roseville location and Northwest Sacramento location have been great. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family

    Headset works good , sometimes the station disconnects and u have to hard reset it. 2 weeks into it and now the top piece that is on the strap keeps popping out.

    Impressed with the sound and quality, easy to set up. I used to play with what I thought were really good headsets (Turtle Beach 600s) and these out did those by over a mile.

    Excellent headsets, very good sound you can hear everything, the only thing I am not agree is the geek squad warranty because $100 for 2 tears is very expensive

    Kept buying $50 headsets and always had problems. Until one day I bossed up and got this mic. Worth every penny. It never gave me a problem and sound is superior.

    Great headphones but won’t stay connected to my Xbox x constantly have to reconnect them or reset for the value of these this should not be an issue with them … dissatisfied

    Holy crap. I found out why these are the GOLD STANDARD in headsets. I've had quite a few, Logitech, Turtle Beach, Steel, and Razar. These are the best.
