Review of Astro A50’s bought in store

I recently was in need of a replacement but when I opened this product I bought in store there was multiple problems with it. The band of the headset would pop off when I put it on, the usb cord would sometimes not connect to the charging base, and the headset wouldn’t lock in position and would slide down when on my head. I ended up returning this purchase after a day of using because I was not satisfied.

AMAZING Customer service

There’s been instances at other companies where they get mad at returns but every associate I’ve ever gotten in contact with at the Roseville location and Northwest Sacramento location have been great. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family
