Idk if I was just sold a broken headset, but these things are falling apart close to 5 months after purchase. Headband is constantly coming unhooked, headset disconnects all the time, I have to move the headset around a bunch on the docking station to get it to charge, and a lot of other problems. Save your money and buy a better brand/ headset.

Make sure you have windows 10 pc/laptop that you can use to update the firmware after purchase. Out of the box the sound was low for a premium headset. The other very annoying issue was the headset wasn't recognized when turning the the xbox on. I then had to unplug and replug in the docking station to get the xbox to recognize it. I happy to say the latest firmware fixes both issues. These replaced my old turtle beach x41s. These were a huge upgrade in my opinion.

AMAZING Customer service

There’s been instances at other companies where they get mad at returns but every associate I’ve ever gotten in contact with at the Roseville location and Northwest Sacramento location have been great. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family
