The conformability and how it fits in the head is horrible. I had the gen 1 astros for 8 year and I LOVED them. Finally switched to the latest generation and they have went backwards on how well the headset feels on the head. The top constantly comes apart that rests on top of your head and shoves the plastic into your head. Sound quality is great lol

FLAWED DESIGN

I am currently about to return the headset FOR THE 3RD TIME because of the garbage charger base it comes with stops working after so long. They need to design a better way of charging this headset.
