    Had this headset for two years now and let me tell you it’s everything you imagine it would be. Best part I like is the base station! Whenever you are done just set it down and boom it just starts charging and has a great place to store it

    What could have been a good headset is plagued with firmware issues and bugs. From my experience the two bugs that I couldnt deal with which led me to return them was the low volume issue which astro has admitted is an issue but has not provided their customers with an eta for a fix and secondly the headset not saving any settings from gaming session to gaming session ie(sidetone, EQ settings, etc.) Due to my experience both with the product and with Astro customer service, I went ahead and returned them and picked up the new HyperX Cloud Orbit S. It is a wired headset but man this headset has amazing sound quality.

    Ive been an avid Astro owner since the beginning. Started with the first gen and then decided to upgrade to 3rd gen and absolutely love it!! I’ve purchased one for my self, my husband and even gifted one to my nephew! I will live by this brand.
