I had the A40 and last me for a while until the battery no longer charges correctly anymore. I went ahead to buy the A50 that is compatible for PC, PS4, and PS5. I didn't have a year with this product. Don't get me wrong the sound quality is superb. I just hate how it malfunctions. A50 was working fine on the PS5 and stopped working 2 days ago. There was no sound playing what so ever and my headphones just stop syncing to the base station. I did the hard reset and didn't solve my problem. I followed every step from the Astro gaming website. I followed every youtube video of how to troubleshoot. For some people it works but I'm not lucky. Even connecting it on the PC with the command center, it fails to update the firmware. There is no way to fix it. The command center would claim my headphones are 100% battery and after the firmware fails to update. It claims the battery is 0% so which is it full or dead? Other videos on youtube claim Wifi or baby monitors can disrupt your headphones. Are you serious a $300 value wireless headphones can be easily interfere by a signal from a baby monitor or other electronic devices. That is sad. Excellent good also great at the same time. It works left ear and right ear simultaneously. Wow.

This is my second pair of these. Best headset ever. I love the app and being able to control the feedback on the headset and from what i can tell it is permanent and you dont have feedback on anything else you connect to. I recommend this headset 100%.

Headphones were delivered on time and as stated. After setup, headphones were working perfectly fine and as expected. After a day of charging and on the second day of us there was a buzzing and static in the left ear that would not go away at all. After multiple resets and looking online it seems this has been a known issue for these headphones that has not been corrected after being out for so long. If we cannot find a solution for them returning them will be the next option within the next few days.
