I had the A40 and last me for a while until the battery no longer charges correctly anymore. I went ahead to buy the A50 that is compatible for PC, PS4, and PS5. I didn't have a year with this product. Don't get me wrong the sound quality is superb. I just hate how it malfunctions. A50 was working fine on the PS5 and stopped working 2 days ago. There was no sound playing what so ever and my headphones just stop syncing to the base station. I did the hard reset and didn't solve my problem. I followed every step from the Astro gaming website. I followed every youtube video of how to troubleshoot. For some people it works but I'm not lucky. Even connecting it on the PC with the command center, it fails to update the firmware. There is no way to fix it. The command center would claim my headphones are 100% battery and after the firmware fails to update. It claims the battery is 0% so which is it full or dead? Other videos on youtube claim Wifi or baby monitors can disrupt your headphones. Are you serious a $300 value wireless headphones can be easily interfere by a signal from a baby monitor or other electronic devices. That is sad. Only issue I have is the Voice and Game controls on the outer right side of the speaker. I try to turn just the voice down or up and the game volume turns down also. Same vise versa. If I try to mess with just game volume, the voice gets affected by it.

I use turtle beach and switch to Astro a50 these are awesome, should have switched a long time ago.

Had this headset for two years now and let me tell you it’s everything you imagine it would be. Best part I like is the base station! Whenever you are done just set it down and boom it just starts charging and has a great place to store it

I really want to love these headphones. They’re SUPER comfortable and the sound is AMAZING. Maybe it’s my head, but they don’t sit evenly over the top and every once in a while I hear random beeping. Using on a series X

Ive been an avid Astro owner since the beginning. Started with the first gen and then decided to upgrade to 3rd gen and absolutely love it!! I’ve purchased one for my self, my husband and even gifted one to my nephew! I will live by this brand.
