Great once you get going

Default frequency setting are pretty bland, so it requires a little tuning. Good guides for that can be found online. Biggest issue I found right away was that everything sounded like it was echoing, but that turned out to be the mode button enabling virtual surround sound. That doesn't work very well with voice audio.
