    They are great when they work, but how is it that Asus says to "try to hard reset" for every issue that comes up. They immediately follow with "do you have warranty still." Fact is these are overpriced for how cheap the hardware inside is. Battery shouldn't be so cheap that there are this many reddit threads online talking about the battery not allowing them to work without being plugged in, but it always happens after people get past the one year warranty mark. DO NOT BUY THESE. Spend a few $100 less on a pair that will still give you decent value, or spend $50 less on something that might even have better sound quality. You do not want to give your money to a company like this.
