I have tried every feasible troubleshoot for this headset to get them to be regularly recognized by my Series X. No solution works for more than a week. For the price you pay, these are not worth buying. I cannot believe Astro would make such a poor product.

Not Worth $300. Buy something else.

This is the upgraded model of the headsets with similar design and different base stations. The audio is great but limits you on highest volume which can ruin your music if that’s what you want to do. The surround sound is top notch, however, frequent sound drops, and mic drops can frustrate anyone gaming. I used both the ps4 and Xbox bass stations and they’re both the same. Save your money and buy something else. I bought the turtle beach 700

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sound ok however that's about it it takes a very long time to charge 6-8 hours of even more. another thing is at least for my head they hurt after about 15-20 min I was told not to get these by a friend but I did not listen I should have the price is a bit high you can find ones that feel good and don't take forever to charge for $100 cheaper or even less. I would pick something els and save some money
