Headband cushion is a bust!

One thing that was a bust for me is that the top cushion on the head band kept popping off and the actual headband was killing me because the cushion would not stay on. I wish the mic monitoring was better. For the price that I paid it's not worth the $300

There is a bug in the update for the software. Its an issue that has been going on over a year and they still aren't fixing it. Once I did the update it only half worked and my headset never worked again. Product support for astro took a week to respond. Other owners on reddit were much more helpful. I used this headset 30 min before I had to box it up and send it back. Wished it could have worked, especially for the price.

Quite awesome.
