Best headset I’ve owned for gaming. I’ve personally used turtles, and Arctis; all wireless. Albeit expensive, I really like the ease of use for the Astros. Super simple to manage the headset settings and updates through the app on Xbox.

This was bought as a last minute Christmas gift. I was so relieved at the price Best Buy listed it and that it was in stock. The recipient couldn't have been happier !

The sound quality is so mid it’s unbelievable. I used a pair of steelseries arctic 3 which is a fairly cheap headset and going to these I thought it was going to be a massive upgrade but sadly it was more of a downgrade. Base station doesn’t always connect so ur sitting there waiting 5-10 minutes for it to connect overall 0 out of 10 this model of the gen 4 is nearly 4 years old and it’s age shows especially on next gen. Either pick something else or wait for gen 5 the a50s badly need a refresh I will be returning.

Good high-quality headset only thing is if I’m going to be paying top dollar I don’t think it’s fair. You have to buy an HDMI adapter. Also the top cushion for your head always pops off

After reading reviews after reviews, this works amazing. It does take awhile to charge up the first time so take that into account before you get ready to start the Call of Duty session! Updated the headset and have had ZERO issues. Great Headset.

Astro has been making headset for a long time. As a kid astro was the idea headset to get they are a little pricy but honestly it is worth the value. As well with the geek squad warranty it makes it worth it.

Utter waste of time and money. Headset recently decided to lock up with the power light on, couldn't turn on or off. Went through various fixes online, eventually got to reset the headset. Now it will not connect to the xbox at all. Have tried more resets, rebooted system, connected with the cord, tried everything but still will not connect. Manufacturer does not supply user manuals either. Hope you don't need to know anything about the product you just payed 300$ for! Avoid this headset at all costs.

Get the Razer Barracuda headset instead, dont waste time buying and returning these. If your an Astro product fan, they're great honestly, but Razer is better.

Good headset but the cushion at the top will not stay in place anymore and just falls out. I’ve seen multiple other people have this issue.

Almost too many audio setting and you can feel overwhelmed. I have friends with different headsets that hear sounds and footsteps way better than me. I get a lot of “dude you didn’t hear him behind you”

Extremely overpriced. Sound did not warrant the price. Mic was decent.

Honestly I had the older version and the charching base was very weak, but the newer version is so much better.

Battery life is terrible. But it still is a good headset.

The sound is amazing but only after I purchased some 3rd party leather cushions for it. For something being 300, you would expect some extra ones to be provided and for it not to break so easily. The top part of it has this cushion piece that doesn’t stay in place and I found online that many people had the same issue. That’s the most important piece for comfortability because without that cushion, the top of your head will start hurting after maybe an hour of use.
