You can’t charge it when you turn off your consul you have to buy a different adapter for that in the Adobe audio only works with a different adapter

Overall awesome headphones would give them up for anything. Use of this is very in depth of what you can overall do with the headphones since for audio wise you can literally do whatever you want for the audio

I use this headset everyday. Very straight forward to set up, and you do not even need to turn it on...pick it up off the base station, put it on, good to go! I also should note I dont use this with my PS4, just my PC.

Not your bang for your money. I had the green ones and I loved them. They broke bc my son, he is 4. So I had the geek squad and they replaced them for these. Had to pay $60 more but ok their new ones. Definitely not the best. I am returning them and buying turtle beach stealth 700. Going give them a try. Half the price.

Ive had nothing but problems with this headset. Used to have the A20 and loved it upgraded to the a50 and it’s disappointing. Doesnt hold a charge, have to be connected to a usb most of the time. You also need a seberste adapter to fully “use” it, but the adapter is like an extra 30 bucks and crapped our within w couplw weeks. Spend your money somehwere else fhis isnt worth it

Worked great for the first day. But they kept disconnect from the base station. Supposedly if your wifi signal is 5.something hertz you have to disable it because the base station uses the same signal to connect to the headset. So I had to disable that on my router. Then they kept disconnecting again but when I took them off my head they connected. It seemed like if the ear pieces were to far apart they would disconnect but off my head they worked fine... and I know my head is not that big. As for the sound it sounded great when they worked which was like only 40% of the time. Only after 1 week I purchased the 40s. Hopefully they are way better and cheaper. To expensive for a cheap broken product with connection issues right off the back. . I do not recommend.

Heard some good things about the Astro brand. Tried their best but to be honest I wasn’t too into it. They sounded similar to the competitors in the same price range. I decided to go with some other ones because these were too big but I did like that it supported Dolby Atmos.

This headset sounds amazing, when it works. It worked for about a year and then the constant updating that caused them to just stop working. The updaring of this headset makes no sense to me. Everytime they required an update I got nervous. Of course I would have to factory reset and re-update from bottom up. The app is abysmal and required to update. The app would RARELY have the update icon available when I needed it. I used them on xbox and I would have to unplug and connect to pc in order to update.

BEST headset ever owned. Awesome customer service. Charging takes a little time on the base unit ability to change and custom set sound profiless with use of computer

Amazing once you figure out how to work it properly. Only issue is the fabric on the top part that sits on your head. Looks like it won’t last long. So be gentle while putting it on and off!

One of the best must have headsets in the game currently. It definitely helped improve my gaming. I would recommend this headset to anyone wanting to get the most out of their money.

The headset was amazing at first but over about a year it started developing receiver issues bc it is wireless and it also picked up other signals and made noises all the time that wasn't from the games I was playing was really quite annoying. I went for the wired astro a40s now and I'm happier.

Audio quality is not the best charging them is a pain if you misline the pins to recharge them overnight you'll just come back to dead headphones the next day Comforts okay durability is why I got them definitely more durable than steelseries but still serious gets better features it would be worth it if they were 100 bucks less or even less and the best part is the app is so finicky I can't even get it to work

This headset was a hit... the noise reduction was awesome. This was a 2nd headset we purchased. We have 4 gamers in our household and 3 of them have this headset.

Listen, I love Astro especially the A40’s they lasted me almost a decade. But by god are these things worthless. Out of the box there was buzzing in the left ear speaker whenever the mic was activated which after 20 minutes is headache inducing, the louder the volume the louder the buzzing. NEVER TO LEAVE YOUR EARDRUM. I just ate this unwanted feature like a punch to the side of my head, but then it happened… they just stopped charging. And im not talking about the worthless charging stand you place it on, I mean the thing just simply wont work. Im appalled bc I loved astro so much. Thought about returning them to get my $150 back but I think I would find more satisfaction in spiking them in my driveway and letting them snow over. Oh! Whats that I see? A pair of steel series ooooooo
