Price is very high, the top head piece with foam is very poorly made and keeps falling out. Very heavy for a headset.

The headset itself seems like it would be great, however, there is a major issue that Astro hasn't addressed for the PS4 even though they are aware of the issue. After downloading Astro Command Center, you have the option to turn off sidetone (where you hear your own voice through your headset as you talk) but it doesnt actually shut down. I have tried EVERYTHING. They even sent me a firmware update to manually apply, no fix. I have had weeks of communication with Astro and they are aware of the concern, and are "working" on repairing it, but no ETA. The headset has been out for 3 months and they haven't been able to fix this with a firmware update? For a $300 headset? That's insane to me. I would steer clear of this headset for a PS4 if I were you.

Product is good but you have to download an app for it to work on the Xbox X.

You can’t charge it when you turn off your consul you have to buy a different adapter for that in the Adobe audio only works with a different adapter

I was warned about the long list of issues with these headphones and was told to go with turtle beach. I went to Best Buy to get a set of headphones and after seeing them and the price I thought, there's no way these are garbage like they are made out to be. Well...... the headband doesn't stay on and it makes them unusable. For 300+ dollars how could the company make such a horrible design flaw. Additionally the base station power cuts in and out. Clueless as to why, I have tried using different cords and different power sources and nothing work. Today, just 4 months after owning them, (adult owned and cared for) the base station will not turn on and they are completely useless. TRASH!

Ive had nothing but problems with this headset. Used to have the A20 and loved it upgraded to the a50 and it’s disappointing. Doesnt hold a charge, have to be connected to a usb most of the time. You also need a seberste adapter to fully “use” it, but the adapter is like an extra 30 bucks and crapped our within w couplw weeks. Spend your money somehwere else fhis isnt worth it

Good quality and long battery life you wont be disappointed

Headset sound quality is amazing, but the charging station is really annoying to use, sometimes I have to sit it on an angle to get it to charge, other than that headset is amazing.

Great headset would recommended for anybody that plays warzone or Fortnite or just any fps in general

Audio quality is not the best charging them is a pain if you misline the pins to recharge them overnight you'll just come back to dead headphones the next day Comforts okay durability is why I got them definitely more durable than steelseries but still serious gets better features it would be worth it if they were 100 bucks less or even less and the best part is the app is so finicky I can't even get it to work

Works very well but sometimes the audio ax up so you have to do some adjusting to fix it
