    all gamers need this headphone set, best one yet.got it for one of my grandsons now all ten now want a set and my great granddaughter wants one for her xbox too.,I purchased this in August It has its own charger

    These headsets are amazing in comfort and sound quality, but don’t buy, unless you are fine with the headaches you will get with trying to get them to charge properly. After 30 days, they began not charging properly. I checked that they were seated properly, updated the firmware, performed a hard reset, tried to charge via the console, and even tried linking them to my pc and charge them that way. I basically did everything that Astro Customer Service suggested I try. They still will not hold a charge. I have to plug them in to the wall outlet to use them. Even then, they will quit at times. This is the second pair I have used, and I have had the same issue with both. Save your money, unless you are okay with the issues.

    I honestly was expecting a lot out of these for being $300, but really the sound is very average. Pros- Great movie quality sound. Dolby wasn't bad. Easy to charge Easy to use. Cons- Directional sound isn't very good. Not optimal for FPS games, CSGO, Valorant, Siege.

    Definitely not as good as the wired A40s for one everytime you lowered your head it would automatically turn off because of some set down function it has. The charging capability is finicky at best even at new I had to place the headset at just the right position to get it to charge.
