    We’ve had this headset less than a year and it has broke twice now. However Astro themselves have been very nice and have worked with us in replacing them

    This product is really great. When we changed it from XBox One to XBox X, it was a little difficult. However it was done and it still works excellent.

    Worked well for awhile. Then suddenly just stopped working. Won’t update, or turn on anymore. When they worked they were great, but I’m not sure if the pros outweigh the hassle of trying to get these to work.

    Charging stand is a pain to get seated correctly, bigger issue is the headband constantly popping apart, literally had to fix with ductape. I would pay maybe $20 for this set, anything more is uterlly wasteful. Will be taking out to the range and blasting it with a 6.5 creedmore at 600yds for satisfaction, only way to get the value at this point.

    Very happy with my purchase. This is probably the best headset out there. Had to buy the mod kit for the noise canceling ear muffs but it was well worth it.

    Extremely comfortable. I really wish these could have worked out for me. However, I had a variety of issues on second day of use including: - Mic studders in and out - Software equalizer had mic volume set very low (unable to manually adjust - people won't be able to hear you very well) - On headphone Game/Chat Volume buttons often times would not work without rebooting the headphones. Needless to say that I returned these headphones as I was unable to justify a $350+ price tag with soo many issues. As bad as I wanted these headphones to work out. I would advice looking elsewhere.
