I have tried to enjoy this headset two different times. Both times I had the headset stop updating firmware and become unusable a few months after the manufacturing warranty expired. The software to use this product also doesn't work and requires luck to fix.

Best headset in the world, would recommend to anyone that loves gaming

Not a big fan of this. the game audio was not near as good as my A40’s.

Returned product for Steelseries for cheaper, which has been great. This product tends to yank on longer hair, had some mechanical issues with mic boom, and some software issues. Sound quality was good.

Great. Separates game sound from voice sound. No interference and great outside noise cancelling.

Astro is always a top choice ! only negative is a50 dont have any varaints

Easy to install and set up. Also works really well.

My son wears these while gaming and he says they are "awesome." They block out a lot of outside noise so its easy for me to sneak up on him while he's playing.

Work great when they work 80% of the time they need to improve the charging but other than that they are good.

There's nothing to say. Except for the fact that I haven't bought a PS4 Pro... yet.

Way overpriced. I replaced my A40s with these and am less than impressed. The build quality is cheap and I had better sound quality/party and game adjustments as on the A40s as well. Save yourself the money and go with something else

My husband is a big gamer and loves these. He currently has two sets!

Less than a week in the headband at the top kept popping out of the bracket whether I was moving or not right in the middle of gameplay. Not a huge deal I was just going to exchange them out when I had the chance. However yesterday morning I was playing and they suddenly just decided to die. Dead with no solution.. almost 4 years with my Steel Series and never a problem. Crap product, especially for the price.

I bought them in December and now they don't connect to my xbox and when I try to update it it says "update error" $299.00 plus tax in the trash

Solid item so far. However 2 things I don’t like. First, having to buy a mandatory extra adapter is extremely annoying at the 299.99 price point( I believe console players only). Second, the headphones don’t charge when the ps5 is in rest mode. All you really have to do is change power saving mode to rest after one hour of idle time, but still frustrating. Overall headphones sound great, wireless headphones are a game changer.

Doesn’t work. Literally had to jump thru hoops to try and get to work. Was told I had to update firmware but the headphones are already updated smh. Super headache headphones connect but won’t stay on when taken off the base . Complete disaster and a waste of time. The absolute worst purchase I’ve ever made for any console. Tried to figure out how to make them work thru forums for 2 hours but I give up . There’s NO WAY some almost $400 headset is this trash. I need my refund immediately I’m not going for this

We have the PA4 Slim and the optical cord is different or isn’t available on this item (PS4) so we still are in search of a compatible cord.

Love everything about them. Nothing about them that i dislike

Great comfortable headphones, but sound quality is very very low. Could not get this to sound better reached out to Astro tech and they directed me to their online setup but still low sound quality.
