I was so excited to get these headphones after doing hours of research. I have always owned turtle beaches but wanted to do something different and saw that these come highly recommended. HOWEVER, as you can see in the product image - there’s a piece that provides support (like a pillow) to the top of your head while wearing the headphones. That piece since day one has consistently popped off. Now, you may assume it’s because I might have a big head - but this is inaccurate as this happens on an 8 year olds head. I initially just kept the piece off so I wouldn’t have to keep snapping it back into place BUT after a while of wear, the headphones become extremely uncomfortable and push down on the top of your head. This has become so annoying that I’ve considered chunking these bad boys into the highway but with the amount of money that I paid for them - I cannot. So basically, don’t waste your money on these. Just stick to a brand that you know is put together well and doesn’t cost nearly as much.

My fiancé loves them! It took him a little while to adjust the settings to hoe he wanted them but once he did, they were great.

You would think that for this amount of money that it would at least stay together. I had to rig it up to hold together due to weak assembly. Do not recommend

so far i think this headset is a 10 out of 10 due to it being so easy to use along with fast. especially if you are use to a wired headset.

The packaing is nice and holds them all in one place easy to take out and use them

I use these to play Xbox all the time I like how you can use a computer for different eq settings and save 3 different ones.

I really like this headset, great material and it doesn’t feel cheap the sound quality is great, and easy to use loud as well!

Bought them for my stepson, when he got the new Xbox for Christmas 2020. A little pricey for my pocket, but he loved them.

Astro customer service is terrible. Only good thing I can say about this device is the color, black panther!

Upgraded from the previews A50’s and love these. Minor updates and the dock is way better in my opinion. Definitely recommended.

I've had a few different gaming headsets and this one by far the most expensive and the worst one I've ever had. I recently purchased a replacement so I can take these back.

I have had several. Improved each generation and this gen is fantastic! You won’t be disappointed as long as you treat them right.

[Employee of bestbuy] Amazing sound for a standard headset. In no way can this be used in a gaming aspect on a console. This says it is a gaming headset but the mixer makes it impossible to get spatial audio, so forget hearing footsteps or gunshots. Everything comes into the headset at once and there is not a way to filter it or tune it to better gather much needed audio ques.

Best headset I've ever used. I've never had an issue with these, and I had them initially for the Xbox.

I got these in hopes that they could replace my old Steel Series headset. They worked great for about 2 days before I started seeing issues. I could not update the firmware for the headset and then they would not properly charge on the base. They would work for a little after hard resetting them but then stop working again.

Clip falls of a lot but love them! They work really well
