This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son. The first pair was ordered from Amazon. I purchased it new, but unbeknownst to me, it was used. My son asked if I opened it to make sure it was ok, but didn’t. The seal was broken, that was my fault for not checking. The headset was missing screws on one side and the padding for the head was dirty and had hair on it. Returned to BestBuy and bought another. Once received, there was a humming noise on left side. Returned that one for another. Same issue. Do not recommend buying.
