    I constantly have issues with this headset. Whether its spending 20 minutes unplugging and plugging it again trying to get it to connect or having to struggle between gamesound and party chat. The quality is great but the overall use for xbox isnt. Very disappointing for a $300 product

    Cut out a lot and had audio distortions quit frequently, feels cheap but audio when working was very good. Mic is really really bad

    It was okay not worth the hefty price tag. The microphone is not good and doesn't stay up the way it is supposed to. It also requires a computer with their app to update software.

    My headset has no sound I turn it on and I can’t hear or talk to anyone. I’ve only had them for 7 months that’s crazy for the amount of money they are. I could use some help.

    The physical headset is good, and is very comfortable. The problem with Astro is their software. Their own firmware updates fail, and cause the headset to be outdated while updating the base station. Astro support is slow to respond, and offer poor troubleshooting advice. This headset worked well since I purchased it in July 2021, but now, its unusablr because of their software failures.

    Worst headset I have ever bought for the price. The headset stopped charging after a week of owning it. I just recently tried switch from turtle beach headsets to Astro and it was one of the worst choices I have made. I had the turtle beaches for about 4 years and I never had any issues but with the astros I have had nothing but problems.
