I have support problems with astro but Best Buy its ok, i love this Store

Worst set of gaming headphones I’ve ever had. They would randomly disconnect from my Xbox and I would have to factory reset them everytime that happened. The battery life on them was great until about a month of owning then they constantly needed to be charged.

Don't buy this. The head band pops out and once it does its impossible to return it to the way it was before it. as soon as the return period ended a week later it started having issues. its so bad its not usable. it will go into place and the moment u put it on ur head it pops right out. its a manufacturing issue

Disconnected and wouldn’t charge a month into using it. Headset isn’t as comfortable as the turtle beach stealth 600’s

One of the best headsets on the market. I swear by them.

I had continuous problems with the base station updating their firmware. You have to continuously connect it to your PC and download the updates. However, the ASTRO command center is a terrible software. The quality is great when compared to other Astro headsets, but they can't compete against the Steel Series Artic Pro Wireless. I've owned both and the Artic Pro's are by far the best headsets for PS4 or PC.

I purchased the a50 headset for PC/Xbox in October 2020 and not long after purchase I began to experience issues. First, the quality of the microphone wasn't great as the people I'd talk to said that my voice sounded "robotic" through the a50 microphone. After some use, I experienced a new issue with the microphone. The XboxOne would not be able to "find" the microphone and I was able to remedy this by unplugging and plugging the mini USB power cord into the base. After a while of using this new remedy, the prong in the power port broke off, rendering the base useless. Granted, I should have reached out to customer support before this, but at this time the headset/base was 5 months past the 1 year warranty period. When I reached out to ASTRO (not BestBuy) customer support to potentially get some support, I was met was a hard stance that there was nothing they could do. The warranty was recently expired so they would not do anything to reconcile their faulty manufacturing. After I politely voiced my disappointment that they couldn't do anything, I was met with a patronizing "sorry you feel that way". I expected more from a company that sells expensive and presumably top of the line products, both from a product and support standpoint.

The best of the best ! These are great and top of the line. Worth every penny

Pretty unhappy. Mic sounds terrible, overall sounds very tinny and too bassy. Gonna return. Definitely not worth the price

The headsets constantly have issues. The sound itself is great but the volume isn't as amazing. The base will eventually give you issues if not the top of the headset that has a piece that holds it together will start falling apart. I suggesting getting a protection plan on your purchase.

I really enjoy seeing my grandson use his headphones when he is playing. Awsome
