    Good sound bad construction. Top cushion woiod not stay attached. Call manufacturer said headset is not considered broken. When that cushion is off headset will leave an inprint. Best returned them no problem Got turtlebeach instead

    Had a very hard time connecting this unit to my Xbox series x. Interface is not user friendly and for the price one pays for this header it’s not worth the hassle. The build quality is great but the overall hassle is not worth it.

    I was very disappointed with this product because it says its for Ps4 so I bought it as a gift. However when we went to set it up it was not compatible with the ps4 slim version. We had to get an adapter for it and Best Buy did not sell it so we decided to just return it. I cannot say how well the product works because I didn't get to test it.
