I wanted to love these, I really did. They are comfortable and seem very high end. I have been using the Turtle beach stealth 700 for years and wanted to treat myself to an upgrade. However when I took them home I found out the deal breaker is no Bluetooth on the A50s. My turtle beach stealth 700 allow me to play pc audio, game audio AND phone audio straight to my headset without switching anything. It was so nice to be on my PC and take a phone call straight to my headset without removing it, watch a few tik toks or Instagram videos between games and have all the audio come through the headset. Unfortunately this is a deal breaker for me, if the A50 had that option it would be a no brainer but I will stick with my stealth 700 until that option is available :(

Awesome sound the base station is a very nice addition and they are very comfortable to wear all day and they won't hurt your ears. Everything about this headset is well built.

Went through several turtle beach headphones and finally decided to fork out some money and I must say it's so worth it. Really good sound with an equalizer to customize the sound as you please. Easy to connect and always pair's to Xbox as soon as you turn it on. Can increase voice chatter or game sound from right ear so you dont have to miss any gaming moment's.

Excellent Quality, battery life excellent, comfort is exceptional!

Ive been using this for a month so far (game every day for about 4 to 5 hrs on PS5) and i have nothing but great thoughts about it. The charging station and the actual headphones are definitely worth tbe 300$. The only "complaint"/"fear" that i have is the cushion on the headband as it is small and it feels cheap, so im sure it will be the first thibg to have wear and tear signs. No issues with battery, sounds amazing, and its just a great investment. P.S: if you buy it for the ps5, make sure to get a hdmi converter (only way to get the most out it and you can find it on bestbuy for 30$.)

The best sound quality out of any gaming headset i have tried. Love the freedom of wireless!! Very comfortable!! They are expensive but you get what you pay for.

This item is one of the best gaming headsets on the market, with multiple EQ settings with a push of a button, surround sound and spatial awareness is excellent. It feels durable, but not as premium as a $300 headset should feel. Also it is very uncomfortable on the ears, luckily you can order leather earpads and other accessories to make it more comfortable.

Excellent gaming headset with amazing sound quality and battery life! Only downside is the head cushion does not fit in the headset and keeps falling out.

Great battery life, comfortable and great sound quality!

Going from the gen 3 to the Gen 4 is not much of a difference, the base station seems easier to charge , and the battery life is amazing! The range is excellent, my only problem with these are everytime I turn on the Xbox, I have to unplug the base station from the Xbox for 2 seconds and plug them in to get them to work. It maybe a firmware issue but besides that they are worth the $

Headset itself: the head padding on the top of the headset pops out/ falls off with the slightest movement. I had to tie mine in. (See photo) Usage pertaining to Xbox X: Initially had issues connecting to my co sole. The Astro app on Xbox isn’t consistent with reliability. This is important because you have to adjust the setting to get a good chat mixer. The headset fails to suppress noises in the environment around me. It’d be beneficial to have a mute instead of raise to mute. Maybe an adapter for the controller to adjust chat mixer/ mute instead of removing a hand from the controller

I’ve used many headphones in the pay for gaming and this tops all of them. I did a lot of research before investing money to purchase this product and I must say that I am extremely happy. The product quality is top notch. After an 8 hours gaming session, my head does not hurt, my ears do not sweat and the headphone did not get loose. The sound quality is so good, crisp and clear, just the way gaming headsets should be. I have yet to test out the movie / music settings, but I’m sure it’ll perform just as good. All in all, if you want top notch headphones that will provide you performance, luxury and comfort, then these are the perfect pair. You pay for what you get!

Honestly I didn’t want to drop 300$ on a headset but now I don’t regret it. Great headset made very well. It sounds amazing and it’s comfortable. Battery last a long time.

No complaints here, works as should and works for Xbox and PC, just make sure NOT FOR PLAYSTATION

Really great wireless headset, sounds good and is comfortable. Price tag is a bit high but I think it’s been worth it. I’ve used it on my Xbox One X and Series X. The only bad thing is when I started using it with my Series X, it doesn’t automatically detect my headset so I always have to unplug and plug it back in.

I have been using these for a little over 2 years now. They are solid . They sound great. I tend to hear sound that my buddies don’t ( foot steps and what not ) when playing any online shooter. They are very comfortable and never bother me during long play sessions. A little pricey but if you have the money then why not treat yourself.

Best head set I’ve had. It’s SUPER comfortable and the sound quality is superb, the charging station in looks amazing on my desk, and adds a place for it to rest and recharge, never had a problem with it dying on me. I’m able to change up settings on its app on the Xbox app to really make the final specs of settings on it. Overall, super happy about it, I’ve had it over a year now, and have had no problems :)

This is my second purchase of this specific product...but let me mention first the great staff at Best Buy Evansville and Best Buy Owensboro stores!...Thanks! The comfort of the A50’s is in a league with products 3x’s the price. You like wearing pillows, than this is the set for you. Never once have they dropped sound on me while gaming or watching programs...not once. Is there a weak spot? Yes. The charging system works flawlessly IF the headset is properly seated onto the magnetic charge points...which can be a bit hit and miss from my experience. That’s the only soft spot in an outstanding product. And yes, I have two!

I love these headphones. It sound like you are in the game. They stay charged for a long time. Perfect for continuous gamers. They are also very comfortable and easy to set up.

These are much better than the last set I had. Love the wireless setup and the fit. Batteries last and last. Much more comfortable than my hyperx were and a much better soundstage.
