So because of that I decided to return the headset, although the a50 were more comfortable it wasnt really worth 280$ i did like the charging station though

The one drawback for me at least is that when you do have to charge them the charging port is very finicky. They sit one the stand just fine but unless everything is lined up just right they won’t actually charge. Or they charge to start but even having a tan turn on and blow on them can be enough to knock them out of line and they quit charging. I think other wireless headphones would be the way to go in relation to the cost these aren’t worth it

Love the docking station as well. They come with foam ear cups that can get hot, but you can order leather replacements that snap right in magnetically.

I had a pair of these back in like 2006. Very good headset. Super comfortable. Sound is great. Now that you get dolby with this headset, makes it even better. When you use the app on the xbox you also get your tv to have dolby activated as well for free. Using these on the new xbox has been great so far. Only thing I need to get the hang of is the voice/game buttons. Mic is amazing. People always compliment me on the voice quality.

Audio quality and range is very good but not quite as good as the A40 wired. Overall with 3 young kids and not having to worry about them tripping over the cords I love the headset. The subtle changes to color and style from gen 3 are fine, I definitely like the control buttons better. The new base station is much better than the previous models. If you need wireless, these are the best option out there in my opinion. If you don't mind wired get their A40's instead.
