Good but far from great. This is by no means a $300 headset it should likely be more in the neighborhood of $150 like my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 which is what I was replacing with this. I had alot of connection issues with turtle beach which forced me to go this route and I don't think the sound quality is as nice as on these but I do prefer the build and design a bit more. So again its's good but not great but definitely not worth $300 and they also have a $50 upgrade kit as well which is crazy

Great headset! I bought these because my old pair of turtle beach stealth 600s were just literally falling apart, a friend of mine has a pair of astro A50s and recommended me to give them a try. The only downsides I have with the Headset so far are that My longer hair get caught in the adjustable rails, and the headset doesn't just sit into the base easily it takes a bit of finesse to get it into the right spot for charging. Altogether I think this is definitely one of the best headsets for xbox and they do work really well on my Series X

Very easy to get setup on pc at least. Literally plug and play. Automatically connects to pc and starts up right away. Great features, turns it’s off when you lay them down, turns themselves on when you put them on. No need to even flip the switch

I'll try to keep this brief, but all-in-all, I really wanted to love this headset. The soft padding in the ears is a incredible (far superior to any Turtle Beach headsets), but there are three major downfalls for this headset. First, when you power it on, you will always have a slight hum at all times. This will obviously disappear once you start playing and other audio is present, but if you're at the home screen its very obvious. Second, this headset will essentially disconnect itself from the base station after each use. The only way to resolve this is by disconnecting the power from the base station and rebooting, then going through the pairing session again. And third (and by far the most frustrating), this is a Logitech device, so you will need to use their proprietary software to update the headset and base station periodically by connecting them to a PC. 99% of the time, the software will not recognize a firmware update is required, so you will need to locate that manually on Logitech's website (this is also hidden, as their firmware updates are under "legacy" software updates, regardless if it's current or not. Very, very difficult to navigate and find, let alone install. Once you manage to update the firmware, you will still experience the pairing issue regardless, considering Microsoft doesn't play well with Logitech devices. Again, I really, really wanted to love this headset, but now it's just become an ordeal with all the inconveniences any time I want to play with friends in a party. Save your money, stray away from this one. Sorry, guys.

The quality and clarity of these wireless headphones is worth the price. Being used on PC, but so glad they also work with Xbox. The “plug ins” online to improve quality were easy to install (go to Astro’s website) and work well. Holds a good charge and very comfortable. Recommended.

they made good improvements to the wireless connection from the "green" model. I was having constant disconnects with the older model. The battery has much better life than the "green" model from 2 years ago too. Only complain is that it's a little pricey. Can buy an XBOX One X for what this costs.

First of all, they are expensive. If you can get passed the price, they are a great headset. Audio presets can be changed and tweaked. For gamers, there are presets which can improve the clarity of certain sounds in-game. Headset is comfortable, and there is a mod kit for purchase for a different set of ear pads and headset pad. The charging base works, but if you decide to use custom ear pads, the headset might not fit on the base depending on the size of the pads. Luckily, the ear pads attaches to a plastic trim, which is magnetic.

The Astros are expensive but well made and excellent sound and comfort. I wanted to upgrade my current 5 year old Astros and actually tested four of the top brands in this price category. The Astros won hands down.

Do not buy. The sound is decent, I have no issues there. My big problem is the base freezes up every other time you turn off your Xbox. Like, a hard lock up. Only way to fix it is to unplug the power to the base. It once took 6 resets to get it to even power on right. Working with support on it for the last several weeks, and they had a new firmware available. It's better, but not 100% better like a $300 headset should be. Now I turn on the Xbox and I can hear through them, but it's not showing up as a headset I'm the Xbox. Guess what fixes it? Yup, reboot again. A couple of times I'll not use the headphones at all and I see the "headset assigned" message pop up an hour into gaming when they're just sitting there charging. Support went downhill from there, the usual "reboot everything" or "don't put your Xbox in standby", but honestly that is so stupid. Why does a $300 pair of headphones work like crap when the last one I had that was $20 worked just fine? Wish I could buy that one again but it's not made anymore. Stay away, it's a waste of time and money. You'll only get yourself frustrated if you buy this
